Lucy Heaton was our real estate agent that we used to sell our single family residence, and then downsized to a townhome. We invited Lucy in to view our house and learn what it was we were trying to do. We found her to be very professional, and very knowledgeable about the selling and buying processes, as well as what the local market was in both the residential and townhome markets in the Plano/Frisco area. Due to Lucy's efforts we had about 30 showings at our residence, which enabled us to sell our house within 55 days during the Pandemic. At every step along the way, Lucy was on top of things. She was available to us whenever we needed to speak with her, or whenever we wanted to tour potential townhomes that we were interested in. The process went so well that we were able to close on our residence and within two days move in to the townhome that we had decided upon. Lucy recommended to us about a half dozen contractors that we needed to use in both properties. All of those recommended turned out to be very reliable and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone to work with Lucy whenever they are contemplating a real estate purchase or sale.
