The team did a great job. Very clear on what we needed to do. Provided the tools to help us along the way. Found a buyer in 14 days, sold it at asking price, it all went extremely smooth. The team kept us informed, and was always available to answer questions. We have bought and sold properties before but this was superb, the new way to do real estate! We saved so much money!! Was not that much work for us to do! Incredible, would highly recommend!

The company was quite easy to work with--they communicated with me by email most of the time, which I prefer. They answered any questions I had, made courtesy calls, and were prompt in holding up their end of the deal. I saved about $10K in closing fees overall. I did not pay the extra fee for "full representation" because I have sold homes before with an agent and felt comfortable filling out the forms using the help of the creekview website. The website answers virtually any question you might have and adds some useful common sense information. I will definitely use creekview realty again. Highly recommend!

Great service!!! We've used Flat Fee Listing / Creekview Realty multiple times now and have realized tremendous savings over the traditional real estate agent service. We used the service in 2005 to sell our first home and buy our second. Between those 2 transactions we saved about $11,000. And recently we used the service again in 2014 and saved over $17,000 on the sale of our second home and purchase of our third. If you are a savvy buyer and no how to find what you are looking for on your own, there is no reason to use any other service that Flat Fee Listing / Creekview Realty to handle your transaction.
