We just closed on our house as the buyers with James Sharp. He was an excellent realtor to work with. At each showing he was patient and knowledgeable. After helping us through the process for many weeks we found a house we really loved. James got us through closing with all of the negotiations involved, and was generous with his time and energy. One of the best parts about working with James was the way he welcomed our two young girls at each showing. He pushed them on the swings at a house we were looking at, and entertained them at our closing. At every step of the process we felt supported, and when we are looking to sell or buy in the future we hope we will be able to work with James again.

It was an honor working with Cole McCarter to purchase our first home. My partner and I got recommended Cole by podcast host, David Sidoni. From the start Cole was very professional and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. My partner and I always felt comfortable and felt like priority. Cole quickly updated us on anything new, kept us educated on the market, and worked with our weird work schedules.
