Their hours make it difficult. If you work 9-5, you will have to come on the weekend. My glasses needed several adjustments. I rushed to make during the lunch hour and there was a sign on the door saying closed for lunch. Very inconvenient.

Dawn is the best! I've worn glasses for nearly 40 years, and this fitting is the FIRST time my new glasses were properly fit to me before leaving. I've had to make zero adjustments to the fitting since picking them up. Very pleased. The staff in general are very conscientious and professional. They gave me space to consider the frames that were available, shared their experience when asked, and took care of all the insurance information. I have no reservation recommending this location.

Tara is very rude on the phone and when trying to set up an appointment. I was told the doctor is only available for recheck on Mondays and Thursdays. I have been calling and left voicemail on Friday 03/18 only to have to call back myself and set up an appointment. No call back from the staff. I wouldnt recommend spending your money here.
