I give this Brakes Plus location on Independence Pkwy in Plano a five star review based on their level of care and their professional advise that they gave me on my alignment issues and they noticed that my car was missing the links on the Sway Bar. I also appreciate that Mike recommended a preventative maintenance to replace the original manufactures rear shocks when it was needed. I was helped pretty quickly and they installed the parts that were ordered as soon as it arrived. Mike was courteous and kind and understood my concerns as we discussed the work needed on my car. I would recommend coming to Brakes Plus in Plano for wheel alignments, steering and suspension system checks and shock and struts checks.
