Take 5 Oil Change

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had. They damaged my vehicle, and I have been waiting over 2 weeks just to get a refund.

The Take 5 in Plano was very helpful to me so my issue is not with this location. They could not do an oil change because of my drain plug being stripped. The last time I got my oil changed was at the Arlington location. They (Plano) sent me to a repair shop to get an estimate for the damage and it totaled $1500.00 to replace the entire oil pan. I have called them three times and have been told that someone will call me back. As of today I STILL havent received a call. This is beyond ridiculous!

April 24: Ive taken two of My cars there this month; still the best. Jan. 24 Update: The company reached out to me soon after my last visit and made everything right. Definitely a top notch establishment. Dec. 23 Update: First, I love Take 5, and Bobby and the boys were great guys - top notch customer service. I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for a few years, all with military plates, and last night it wasnt until after I paid that the men noticed My plates. Also, My receipt says tires and coolant levels were checked, but I drove off that lot with under inflated tires and an almost bone dry coolant reservoir. I know because I rolled onto the lot like that, and those two matters werent changed while I was there. I wasnt even aware those services were available until last night when I looked at my receipt. It was an hour before closing, and Dec. 30th, and apparently annual inventory night, therefore I presume the guys just overlooked a couple really insignificant checks accidentally. Still the go-to place for quick auto service in Plano. - This is the best oil spot. Fast, knowledgeable, exceptionally priced, and the most professional and courteous staff at such an establishment ever. They check everything, even the air cabin filter. If you're going anywhere else, stop and go here.
