Do not consider this practice. Avoid even trying the services here. The admin., office policies and front desk culture and unprofessionalism is not worth the care a doctor of this practice can give you. They have shady office polices (many of them) that I have not seen or heard of anywhere else and are diminishing the patient.
Also check your bills and statements of what they file with the insurance. They always overcharged my copay and never refund the amount collected from me in excess.
Jasmine at front desk in Plano and her supervisor Jennifer King handled the situation very poorly, insensitive and unreasonable hold up of care for wanting to collect a payment in advance labeled as deductible when I already met my deductible. Their holdup in not resolving the situation (checking and billing later if still needed), caused to waste 1h just waiting on them to see what they do and then denied care because the time passed and the doctor needed more time to be able to see me. I was there before the office even opened, took all the paperwork filled out already and it was their admin. holdup that caused me and the doctor to waste time and money. I even offered to pay the unnecesary charge for the day if they refund upon filing with the insurance and finding that I already met my deductible and they did not needed to collect payment, but they did not know what to do and caused delays, loose of care and unnecesary hold ups and costs. This is totally something to their control and could have been avoided. Honestly, the front desk and policies of this practice will cost the doctors in this practice and you so much!! There were other situations in prior visits too, like taking about 2 months to place an order for a study. As you see many issues all from the polices, admin, front desk, that will cause you unnecesary costs of time, worry and money.

While the nurses and Dr. Bontia were great, it is incredibly challenging to be demeaned over the phone or in person via the front desk staff. The lack of professionalism or sophistication on how to speak to patients makes it difficult to continue treatments here. Ill continue treatments until I can find a new practice.

Run away from here. Dr Nissan was great but he left practice and put me with Kylie a pa who didn't fully understand her job and was not sympathetic. Would not let hubby be with me just told to trust them. Runnn

Read the reviews. Don't go to this clinic. If you have an emergency and can't make it to your appointment, they simply discharge you. There is no flexibility or communication. It's as if you were an inmate or as if they were providing everything for free. You're just a replaceable number, not a human being. Look somewhere else and trust the reviews.
