The phone number on my morgage payment says it has been disconnected. Cant get a hold of anyone to make my payment. Absolutely pitiful business practice to leave customers hanging like that....unreal

In 2020 I purchase my first investment property and used Carrington because of the service then I decided to use Carrington once again after getting decline from Wells Fargo bank on a simple refinance on a joint property I have with my father. Jake and Helen at Carrington made it so easy to do my fathers refi cash out of close to 100k. Thank you both for the outstanding follow-up and processes.

Awful experience, I paid my own property taxes out of pocket, but Carrington also paid them ( I don't know why, no escrow was set up), and guess who's eating the difference while they try to recoup their money from the Brazos County tax office? Me, my mortgage is up $1500 a month because of their incompetence.

John G. always responded to my emails and calls very promptly. If he didn't know the answer to my question he always took the time out to find an answer for. John was always very courteous to me and made me feel like family and he never lied to me. He was always up front with me and never promised me something that he could not do. He kept me up to date all the way through this process.
