We were able to do all processing and document signing from our own home and did not have to step foot in a title office. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for mortgage loan assistance.

I have purchased many homes across 3 different states and to say that working with We do Loans was the easiest process would be THE understatement of the century. Troy, Tim, and Abby were hands down the most polite, efficient and capable team I have ever worked with. Troy has the customers best interest at heart from the beginning all the way to the end. Tim is efficient, confident and highly capable. I was having an issue getting a document and he came up with the most common sense solution that I had completely overlooked. Abby was professional and kind with every interaction. I hope that my husband and I have found our forever home, but if we havent, I cant imagine we would ever go anywhere else for our mortgage needs. This team is top notch!!!!!

THIS TEAM WAS VERY NON-RESPONSIVE. I am still waiting for Troy to give me a call "to make it right". Can't begin to tell you how disappointed with Troy I am. When I pointed out a mistake that was made, the first response was "I was not aware of that". Only when I reminded them that THEY were the ones that walked us through the paperwork online did they take responsibility. Will not use them again or refer them. Just used Troy and his amazing team Tim and Bel, for a second time. This time, to refinance, with a few bumps to overcome but their professionalism and tenacity to get this completed was well above and beyond. I recommend this awesome team to ANY and EVERYONE that will listen. You will NOT be disappointed.
