If I could give a higher rating I would. Let me start by saying that we were able to obtain our forever home in the highly competitive DFW market at asking price and at appraisal value. This is hard to do in this day and age.
Tiffany is an honest realtor. She advised us when homes we were considering were overpriced based on the comps, which I am sure saved us headaches.
She also is a hard worker. If we wanted her to send an offer, she had it done within a few hours. She even took the time to call the seller's realtor to find out what they were looking for in an offer.
If you are looking for a hard working, honest person that works in your best interest then you should definitely reach out to Tiffani Rivers. We so appreciate her work and the outcome she provided.

Wow Tiffani made house buying such a breeze. She had answers to all my questions and handled everything in a professional manner. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Tiffani for any real estate needs. I was so overwhelmed when looking for a new home and was told a good real estate agent is key. So thankful I found Tiffani. She made the entire process seamless.
