Ideal Image Plano

I contacted Ideal Image for a consult. We did a Zoom interview and the sales person was very nice and answered all of my question. (This is why I give them a 2 stars) However this company is extremely out of touch with pricing. Back when laser hair removal came out it was very expensive but now that it is more mainstream there prices should not be so high. My consult was for my chin and just for that area, they wanted $1800 dollars. There was no way in h*ll that I was going to sign up for that when there is another spa in Plano that will give you 6 treatments for $149.00. I am sure someone will respond to this negative review like they do every other but their prices are very inflated. Another thing is that during the consult they won't really give you pricing info until the end. Honestly they should be more honest from the get go instead of wasting time. They could have quoted me a price over the phone in 2 minutes vs making you sit through a sales pitch. Although they do a Zoom consult, they don't really evaluate a treatment plan based on really looking at your hair which is why I said they could have just given the price up front. The treatment plan seems to be a one size fits all that will take 16 sessions. I would not waste my time on this company.

I just love my nurse energy, periodt! The company does not following up when you ask about new promotions or plans but my nurse Dominique is amazing.
