Very pleased with Dr. Yakers, if youre initially uncertain about having the surgery. Try the Minoxidil Hair Solution (the solution made by a local pharmacy for Yakers Clinic) youll be very pleased. I was doubtful especially the first six months. Its been 11 months, I was I had started sooner.

Top notch service from Dr. Yaker and his entire team! From the fist consultation to now, 2 years down the road, Dr. Yaker and his team have been nothing but first class. We had several questions on multiple occasions and the team has always taken the time to address our concerns. There are a ton of products out there, but this team goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Cant wait for my last visit with them and be over this. Very unprofessional and results are definitely not what they say!!!! Responding to my reviews reply by owner, yes, Im upset! The reason for my review is because not only you guys have rescheduled my appointments onces, if not all almost all of them. I was not upset about it until the last time I tried to reschedule my last appointment because I wanted some time in the morning. Im driving a few hours to get to the clinic, booking a hotel, I just want to go straight to the clinic and enjoy the rest of the day in the city. Im not asking for a refund I was just thinking of doing another transplant with doctor Yaker or another doctor depending my last visit. Whoever I spoke to on the phone told me she has a time in the morning I said perfect and told the lady to make sure this one is not reschedule and ifni can been seen at the day and time Im scheduling. She told me she cant promise because she doesnt know if anyone else will booked an appointment that same day and hour. I said why will you guys booked anyone else if Im already booking for that day and hour and said again can you make sure I can be seen since you are telling me that day and hour is available. The lady said no I cant promise you anything. Thats is why I was upset because you guys have been rescheduling my appointment at your own benefit. Since the very first reschedule you guys messed up all my plans. I was able to manage and change my plans to rescheduled my surgery. When this keeps happening its upsetting And its very unprofessional of you guys. Thats is why my review of being unprofessional. Also, about my hair transplant results it was not the best results. I paid a lot of money for just a few hairs to come out making it look really bad. Like I mention before I wasnt going to ask for a refund, I wasnt going to write a bad review, I was just going to move on. In my last visit I was going to ask why my hair came out the way it did and other questions and concerns. Now you are saying in refusing to get in Contact with you and thats a lie. I received an e-mail and then another e-mail a couple days later from you and thats when I saw both. I replied to the e-mails when I saw them two days later. Not even a week since the e-mails were sent asking to call you because of my review and already demanding a quick reply and threatening to sue me. Thats is not very professional and upsetting too. About my other reviews that you are mentioning from the other companies, if I take time out of my day to review someone good or bad its because they deserved every single word. I have said everything I needed to say here, everything else was mentioned in the e-mails I replied from you with a couple videos of my hair. Have a great day. I will be waiting for a reply to my e-mails, a phone call, or a letter from court since you are threatening to sue me for my review.
