Elizabeth was SO AMAZING! She took the time and explained the process and what to expect in the upcoming days. She was very through and did an amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend her! I scheduled a follow-up to see her again in 6 weeks! She lets you know if a treatment is not for you. Shes GREAT!

Elizabeth did a Dermaplane Power Hour and what a wonderful experience it was!!!! She is so knowledgeable and such a pleasant woman that had me glowing and smiling! She really knows her stuff, took her time, has great bedside manners, super professional & it was so, so relaxing! I highly recommend!

It was one of the best facials I ever had. Liz at Plano location evaluated my skin and made her recommendation to do dermaplaning , she was very professional and showed much care to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The results were amazing and I would definately be back for more facials.

I went to SkinSpirit (plano) yesterday for the first time. Alexis was my injector, she was very sweet, kind, and informative. The front staff were awesome. I will definitely go back.

Management needs to change.
Bought a laser hair removal package which did not completely removed all unwanted hairs. I was told from another location that they had moved their machine to this location. Then I was told I would be entitled to additional (compensated) treatments until the desirable result.
However upon every check out, they would ask for a payment. Thus I would explain myself every time. The last time however, the attitude was just plain rude.
She stated well you cant just receive treatment for free, when I was approached for another payment.
No I did not ask for a free service. I needed honesty. The appointment was stated as a consult which was an assessment, and you did not explain that I apparently booked a treatment session that I would have to pay for this time. Everything seemed calculated at this point and money thirsty.
The package was almost tripled a regular price elsewhere. One would think they should be getting somewhat a more pleasant and productive treatment here however
Overall, nothing particularly wrong with Skin Spirit, just save your money and go to another location.
