Six weeks ago before I met Dr. Bailey, my eye health was terrible, itchiness, redness, being swollen, and I also had started to develop a pain above my eye. This was as a result of various surgeries that I had had on my eye, including two Lasik surgeries, and an eyelid surgery. After the first session, the pain above my eye was gone, and the redness and pain in my eye had been reduced significantly. After the second Session my color and detail vision had improved as there mustve been a mucus layer on my eye which hindered my vision, After the third session, my Redness and pain has been reduced significantly And I feel I have much better vision. Dr. Bailey explained what was causing my pain originally and what the procedure was As well as answered all of my questions. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone who is suffering from eye pain especially Dry eye pain.

I am not a fan of writing reviews, however, I found myself compelled to write this one. My regular DO, has helped me immensely over the past couple of years with my dry eye disease, meibomian gland dysfunction, and ocular rosacea. However, there came a point in time in which the next level of expertise was needed to manage my dry eye issues. So, my DO gave me a list of four eye doctors that she considered to have expertise in cutting edge treatments that would address my specific problems. Its exhausting trying to determine who can provide the best level of care but I definitely have found that Lauren J. Bailey, OD, at West Plano Dry Eye & Aesthetics, Plano, TX, fits the bill. I was truly impressed with the multiple services and special programs offered by Dr. Bailey, programs specifically designed to address dry eye, the IPL for Dry Eye program in particular. Additionally notable is that Dr. Bailey runs an aesthetics clinic a sensory program for athletes (Sports Vision Institute), and a clinic for the vision impaired. Dr. Bailey has expertise in cutting edge treatments for my conditions. She is professional, highly intelligent, compassionate, detailed oriented and extremely thorough in her diagnosis and explanations. After completing a detailed history, a thorough examination, and listening carefully to my needs and expectations, Dr. Bailey provided information on the various root causes of my issues, possible symptoms, complications, prevention. She offered a thorough assessment of her observations and findings and then mapped out a course of action aimed at treating my underlying cause(s) of dry eyes, a plan to provide maximum relief, resolution. There is no pressure tactics to partake in any treatment plans, or purchase products. I opted for and just competed the IPL Dry Eye treatment program, and after 4 treatments my issues have significantly improved by at least 95%. As with everything else in life, getting issues resolved and maintaining results are always a work in progress. I realize that I will need to continue to monitor my ocular symptoms and will definitely follow up with Dr. Bailey as needed to maintain my results. I couldnt be more grateful and pleased. My eye Dr referred me to Dr. Bailey's office for treatment of Demodex Infection on my eyelid. Dr. Bailey provided the laser treatment and gave me a laser facial at the same time as part of the treatment. My eyes only required one treatment, but I was so impressed with the results of the facial minimizing my dark spots, I may come back just for another facial! Wow what a difference!

Dr. Bailey is amazing! Ive had a few sessions of laser hair removal done with her and shes been so accommodating and kind. Her treatments have worked so well for me. Natalie at the front desk is so amazing too- she will always remember you. I cant say enough good things or recommend this place enoughyou get everything you pay for and more. I was referred to Dr. Bailey by my Opthomologist in early 2023 for a diagnosis of eye lid rosecea which had caused me 4 eye infections. Medical doctors & optomitrists felt my chronic eye infections were a result of inflammation. Dr Bailey performed 4 sessions over 2 months on my entire face, focusing on my eyelids, and results were phenomenal. I have had zero issues with infections but the results are much greater than that in several ways. My dry eyes symptoms essentially vanished. The cosmetic results were amazing and honestly I would have opted to get these treatments solely for the aestetic improvements to my skin, flushing, pigment, veins, wrinkles, and overall skin quality if I had known they existed. Now 8 months after my initial series of treatments I am back for a entirely new reason and that is the suspicion that the treatments did not just markedly reduce the inflammation from my face but caused an dramatic reduction in my systemic inflammation in my entire body as evidenced by a 40+% reduction in my CRP levels that I cannot attribute to any other factor. I can't prove the treatments are what caused this reduction, I can only say as someone who struggles with psoriatic arthritis I dont know what else could have caused this remarkable life-changing effect.
