The mediator gave me less than 1 hour while providing 4 hours to the opposing party. Told me "I will not read your papers" , but from her comments it was obvious she read plenty papers from the other party. And director Mr Hartsel response? He said that because he knows the female mediator in personal life, he simply does not believe my accusation that the mediator discriminated me.
So, Mr. Hartsel, the definition for discrimination stays that discrimination occurs when for example things are not divided equally. Do you call division on time spent during the mediation 1:4 hours equal? I guess you need to retake elementary mathematics then.
Note: mediation occured on Friday October 26, 2018. Started at 9:30 AM, and finished at 3 PM. No lunch break. I was left 2 times for 2 hours in a small room. Suchankova is my maiden name. I was there under my married name Kratochvil Ivana. You emailed me on 10/28/18 stating that my accusations are impossible. So how come I did not have equal time? How do you explain that?
