The UPS Store - Closed

I received a package that was not for me. On My personalTime ,I went into the store to return it.And the young man behind the counter told me " I "needed to call the 1-800 numberAnd have the package returned.There was no other customers in the store.And he had plenty of time to call the 1-800 number.It was his responsibility not mine.The young man is the one that works for UPS, not myself.!!!!

Stopped by this morning to drop a return off and the store was closed. A store employee, Al, saw me checking the store hours and kindly opened the store 40 minutes early to take of me. Very polite young man, eager to assist and very friendly service. Its nice to meet such a helpful store employee that provides such great service! Thank you, Al, for starting my day off wonderfully!

Lies. Even if you have a mailbox box they charge a $5 fee PER ITEM PER DAY for holding items. The owners treat you like a number on a excel sheet. Also know If you use your mailbox for packages they kick you out!!! I was a customer for 3 years and out of the blue they canceled my contract because I was getting too many boxes, I work in field sales so I had signed up because I can't check my mail every couple days. No written warnings just bam I get a cancelation email.

I sometimes drop off UPS packages here when I have an order that misses the truck route's pickup time. Today I come in with an payment request for an approved claim that can only be FAXED to UPS after they damaged one of my shipments. I was told on the phone with UPS that if I explained to a UPS Store that this was to receive claims payment, they would probably waive the charge. It was only after the fax was sent that I'm told "that'll be $5.42". I would not have minded if I was told upfront that this fax would be charged and it was $2.50 per page (no signs for the price either). Never using this place again.
