Dr. Yoo is very compassionate and yet direct when needed. He took care of my dad and arranged numerous specialist and treatment referrals. At times he even responded directly to dad in the portal with words of understanding and compassion. I truly believe Dr. Yoo took very good care of dad and went out of his way to accommodate dad's needs.

Extremely careless!No support when you need them. The nurse line is something you never can get any chance to talk. Stay away! low quality service and lack of knowledge!

I've had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Yoo. He shows genuine concern for my health. When I had my first physical with him, I learned my ast alt were very high and that I showed signs of fatty liver disease. I received health advice to help lower my enzyme levels. Unfortunately diet and exercise is easier said than done and it took me 8 months for me to lower my enzyme levels. During that time as a precaution he recommend I get an ultrasound to check out my liver. I took his advice and had it done and during the ultrasound, it was discovered I had a mass on my left kidney. He then advise I get another scan in 6 months to see if the mass grows any more and is anything to be concerned for. 6 months later I get another ultrasound and the mass is the same size. Apparently its angiomyolipoma. A harmless mass. He recommend I get a scan on it with my physical every year. Then I got covid. I informed him and he advised me to come in and get checked up one week after my 14 day exposure. When I came in he showed genuine concern and asked me if I was ok. Dr. Yoo is a fantastic physician and I definitely recommend him to everyone! Also with the Baylor scott and white app, it's easy for me to communicate with him and his team for any concerns and appoints scheduling. They reply within a few hours!
