I came in for my at home sleep study kit and waited 2 hours in the room. I was trying to be patient because I understand that there's short staffing and stuff due to covid. Finally my phone was dead and I was late to work, so I went out to ask if I could at least go get my charger so I could call work. It was then that I realized that the 2 women that had helped me in the room were just sitting and talking and it seemed like they had just forgot I was in the room. The appointment took about 2 minutes after that. Patients shouldn't be abandoned in your rooms for hours. It's been a week now since I've returned the sleep study and finished my cns test and I still haven't received a call with results.

Dr. Badia Harlin and the staff here are fantastic. I have been a patient here for almost a year now, and have had such a positive experience. They genuinely care for their patients and want to see us thrive. Dr. Harlin has truly helped change my life for the better! Highly recommend this practice :)

I really like my doctor here, but the admin staff is among the rudest I have ever encountered. Short, impolite, terrible communication skills and don't seem to care at all.
