I am trying to get in touch with the clinic for changing the blood test clinic. Made 3-4 calls to the clinic, no one answers. Once the receptionist kept me on hold for over 16 mins. Emailed them twice, still no response. Not sure what is going on with them. Dr was good at the time of the app.

Unnecessary charges on the bill when I visited to the dr for the yearly checkup I have clearly mentioned to them that I only need the services which is covered by my insurance and to let me know if something is uncovered and after 4 month I am receiving a very high bill .they are very unresponsive I am calling front desk from one week and finally when they picked up they said to call billing department..calling billing department from last so many days and no responsethey are not even responding back voicemail..I think Dr is good but they are not managing well the services and sending the bill even after mentioned dont provide the service which is not covered

My wife is her patient, she visited twice but she didnt send her prescription to the pharmacy. My wife called for her prescription but they said doctor is busy she will send after 5:00 pm. 3 days passed still she didnt send her prescription. Very unprofessional attitude. We will change the doctor for sure.
