Extremely unprofessional. Not happy at all. Took my mom because her pcp said she needs to see a rheumatologist. Messed up on multiple levels... First they drew the wrong lab tests, no communication whatsoever. When I call them for results, they say we need to return for more blood tests. Second, Don't tell us anything about her treatment. I had to call multiple times to speak with the doctor before I could figure out what the heck was going on. Third, they said mom needs a dexa, but never did schedule one. Waiting, waiting, waiting... Finally when we came to to blood work the second time and I ask, the clerk hands me a paper with a bunch of phone numbers to call and schedule myself. Why didn't they give me the paper the first time?? Wasted so much of my time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
