        Worst insurance agency. Switch immediately to other insurances. One you purchase insurance they wont answer your calls and not responsive. The insurance increases every year and no one to discuss what is the reason. Stay away from them

        Received a non renewal letter, attempted several times to contact for a new quote per the letter but never received a returned phone call. Today, I received an insurance premium due notice even though we've already purchased another policy. Unbelievable!

        Worst insurance company beware no call received no call back it is very hard to contact very bad customer service without lawyer no claim works .

        Worst insurance company to work with. We don't use them but had to file a liability claim through them. They avoided our calls completely until we threatened legal action, and even then; after 3 weeks of hassle, lies, avoidance and flat out refusal to do their jobs we eventually gave up. (A side note, we use State Farm and have had a great experience with them) DO NOT waste your money with this company, unless you want to pay for a lawyer too.
