        I found the agency online and was surprised at how easy they made it to get quotes on all my insurance needs. At renewal time, they are prompt in letting me know any changes in my coverage or pricing, and in helping me with my renewals.

        The agents and/or employees are very nice and personable, very professional and yet, down to earth. All but one issue I have had, have been taken care of with very little effort on my part. The only issue I have had was, when first coming to them for my insurance needs, my rates were cut by 1/3rd of what I was paying elsewhere. I was told that those rates would stay the same for at least 18 months. Not so! When my insurance needed to be renewed, it was at a much higher rate than what I had paid at the last insurance company I had dealt with. No accidents, no tickets, no claims, nothing had changed except how much I had to pay. All else is fine.
