        I woke up this morning with my A/C blowing out hot air. To top it off, I had a virtual presentation I was running at 11 AM. After calling in, Aleks from Dragon Air was at my house shortly before my presentation. As I couldn't be pulled away, he was incredibly accommodating by talking to me via text, sent pictures of the results and billed me over the phone later. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and the results.
