    They were out of toilet paper and refused to run to walmart next door and get some. The bathroom door was broken and got locked in. Directv was broken. There are no titles of any movies. Beds were uncomfortable, and the blankets were the worst I've felt in any hotel. The walls are thin, so you will hear everything above you and in the adjacent rooms.

    First, Ill say the staff was the friendliest Ive seen. Every single person was kind and responsive. But this review has nothing to do with them and more to do with Hiltons false advertising. Booked a queen room and got a full bed. Asked about it after I saw the bed and was told it was queen. It was clearly a full. I booked and checked in online and selected my room. But when I arrived that was ignored and I was given another room on a different floor without acknowledging what I preselected. Then my digital key never worked - asked about it but nothing was ever done. And when I took my first shower I discovered no one had replenished the shower gel. I can get over that stuff. You need to know the staff is friendly but the beds are not as advertised. The rub was seeing posted on the wall that if you have a problem and they cant make it right, that nights on Hilton. So this review more reflects on Hilton leadership way above this specific hotel as they have done a terrible job explaining and empowering their staffs to live that promise. No attempts were made to see if I wanted to upgrade to a king room (which probably had a queen bed). Even if I had to pay for the upgrade, the staff didnt feel like that was in their power to do, so they didnt do anything. Same with the digital key not working or the room change - it was more of a sorry than attempts to help fix the problem. Ive tried to reach out to Hilton prior to this review just to get them to acknowledge the issue I have with posting a promise they arent living out - let us make it right or that nights on us - and crickets. They apologized for the bed and the other stuff, but they should take down a posted promise if its empty and be an ordinary hotel with a nice staff and decent rooms (if they were advertised correctly) than have a promise they dont empower their staff to live out. Again this isnt against this specific hotel as much as it is on Hilton leadership. Just know your bed will be smaller than expected at Home2 Suites and while the staff here was wonderful, youll see a promise they havent been given the freedom to fulfill.

    A great listener and very proficient with amazing candor and customer service at the core of every conversation. This is what AB, the Front Desk exhibited during my stay. I had over a week to not only be smiled at and treated superbly, but also be listened to. I noticed from afar that AB showed the highest concern to other guests who had the opportunity to experience his humbleness and professional demeanor. AB made my stay at Home2 a complete satisfaction and beyond. The suites are decked with necessities that make you feel as though you never left the comfort of your own home. Evey staff member I approached or "crossed paths with at the grocery store" always had a smile and really hearts of gold. A few eye catchers included: Recycle Waste Can Lighted Vanity Mirror Dishwasher Room Divider Curtain In-built USB Nightstand Rolling Desk with Aerodynamic Chair In-built Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodysoap Racks of Cups, Bowls, Plates, and Tall Drinking Glasses Fully-stocked Eating Utensils Toaster, Cutting Board, Mixing Bowls, Coffee Maker Fully-adjustable Thermostat Soft & Comfy Bed/Bedding with 111 (hyperbole) soft pillows. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home2 Suites by Hilton (Premier Drive), Plano, TX (Suburb in Dallas). Thanks again AB, I wish you all the best and everything great Hilton has to offer you.
