Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano Central

Not good. Woke up to water leaking through the ceiling next to the bed and out of the bathroom fan. Customer service didn't seem to care, no offer of discount or to do anything else about it. Also, pool was closed and breakfast was not very good quality and didn't have enough seating.

Good clean room. Friendly service from almost everyone (the catering manager is a bit abrupt). Disappointed the the pool and hot tub was out of service. A bit tricky to get to off of 75, but set far enough back that you don't hear the highway noise. Rooms: Clean and quiet Safety: There appeared to be a homeless person hanging out near the entrance but didn't have any problems. Food & drinks: Twin Peaks, Salt grass, and Carrabbas, as well as a Costco all within walking distance

There was little to no hot water, the colors of the place were grotesque, the breakfast was crowed with no where to sit, the trash at the front door was always overfull and one of the containers had been on fire, the parking is minimal which was bad on a rainy day, the carpet looks like it was designed to give a person vertigo and our view was terrible. The swimming pool was under construction with no signs of any visible work being done. If you like gray walls and baby puke green blinds then this hotel is for you! Food & drinks: WAY overpriced snacks in the lobby were ridiculous
