Great Clips

I went here two times and both times I got the same stylist. The first time I went, I showed her a picture of a fluffy medium length androgynous hairstyle. After it was done and I looked at myself in the mirror, it looked nothing like the picture I had show, but I brushed it off thinking that it was because of how my hair was. The second time, which was yesterday, I showed her a similar picture to the first one. Once she was done, it look absolutely nothing like it. Not only that, but the stylist kept looking and watching the TV, while cutting my hair, therefore most likely not paying any attention. I'm just disappointed that I showed clear pictures of what I wanted and yet wasn't given it. I wanted to look more gender neutral, but instead I kind of look more girly.

I brought my daughter Very rude staff.very bad hair cut.don't waste your money. I kindly told her that the cut was kind of uneven but she very rudely answered and in anger cut a lots of her hair even though we told her not to cut it short . very unsatisfied.

Used a Great Clips coupon that I found on Facebook. Only 2 stylists and with very little experience. Instead of using hair scissors to cut my hair, she used a hand held shaver. I wanted my hair short but not razor short. Will never return to Great clips.

They are hacks , not fit to be hair dressers , rude and unprofessional. My two cents stay clear . I light write to Great clips for my money back
