        Went to another haircut chain yesterday that botched my fade, Stephanie did a great job fixing me up! Also was able to witness Guy with beard and glasses ( didnt catch name) graciously attend to a family with special needs. As a Public school educator who works with kids it was awesome to see!

        Our first experience here was decent but this was our second haircut here with someone different. My son just received the worse haircut he has ever had. I want our money back to be honest. The back was cut way too short with the trimmers (I wanted it long on top and short on the sides and she took the trimmers straight up the back of his head) and the front is extremely short and uneven. Then, theres a random long piece on the side of his head! I dont normally post a review like this but this is awful.
