      Hello t ho,We pride ourselves in our customer service and also in the products we offer.With all due respect, you did not shop here to even know the quality of our offerings. You entered the store, then went straight to the restroom. When we kindly explained to you our restroom policy, you went into a tantrum and started shouting at our associates. We do have video evidence of the whole incident.
