        I called the phone number on an ad in newspaper insert and the customer sevice experience was excellent and the follow up info to track the shipment was outstanding. I just have to hope now that my friend enjoys the gift.

        The steaks are fair at best but now the text are non stop and ANNOYING!! I have unsubscribed 3 times over the last 2 weeks and I get the note it may take 10 days which is unacceptable but thats not even true. Its been over 2 weeks and Im still getting 2 to 3 text a day. If the steaks were any good it might not be an issue but theyre not and I will NEVER waste money on them again.

        Terrible customer service Update: The company responded to this review asking me to reach out. I explained what happened and they did not respond. I went with Texas Roadhouse Butcher Shop and it has been an awesome experience.

        We ordered on the 13 of Dec and it is the 23 and still not had any emails from them about my shipment and I tryed to email for info and Gmail sent me a non deliverables 3 times and I can't seem to find anything. I feel it was just a scam from Instagram and Facebook so sad.
