I have been a patient at Trinity Eye Care for about 20 years now -- my first visit was when I was 5, and now I'm 26! Throughout all of my visits, everyone has been so kind, attentive and just all-around helpful. This is the only place where I've gotten my night/hard contacts, day/soft contacts and glasses (prescription and blue-light). Even though I now live in another city, I still visit Plano for my annual checkups. Moreover, my parents are also still patients! I don't foresee switching providers... ever.

Exceptional office. Refreshing to find such a well-run, compassionate, positive medical office environment! Update: This office has come under new management by a gentleman named Matthew. I was BLOWN away by his unprofessionalism, inability to understand insurance billing and contract rates, and blantant rudeness. At one point he said Im sorry you cant wrap your head around this. I had him send me a email to recap our conversation and he was silly enough to put his position in writing, and had no grammar or spelling ability. I was so shocked it became comical. The front desk, Christina, was able to assist me weeks later but I expressed how terrible this experience became and requested all of my records to change eye doctors. Such a shame Matthew single handedly ruined my entire first impressions of this office. Id find a new person to represent quickly. Christina seems like the natural choice.
