I had a great experience working with the Insource Group in Dallas. Hena Karim is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend her to work with. For my interview she followed up and was so helpful and gave me great information to prepare me for the interview. She answered all my questions and was just so impressive. The same goes for the onboarding process, she was totally thorough andfollowedvup. Hena has integrity and does everything she says she is going to do. Working with the InSource Group has been a wonderful experience thus far. I have to say that I was very skeptical in the beginning but Hena, my recruiter and Misti have been so helpful, open and honest. I appreciated that very much. Changing jobs can be very stressful especially when deciding to take on a contracted position, but they have kept me informed and updated on all aspects of the process making this transition smooth.
