I have been working for the Ranger Group since early December 2019. They have stood behind me and helped me grow with companies that I've worked for through them. Although our economy is not in the greatest condition at this time due to Covid-19, they have stuck with me throughout the crisis. Jake and Nick contact me frequently offering great opportunities. I've worked for many temporary agencies in my day, but The Ranger Group has been the best by far. Ranger's willingness and commitment to working with me has proven above and beyond. I have nothing but positive things to say about their group, and working for them has been an excellent experience. If you are interested in manufacturing, assembly, and other skilled trades, I highly recommend The Ranger Group. Their clients are looking for skilled individuals. Ok let me Take the time out to Thank the ranger staffing group and especially Jake I cant express my gratitude for this company they go over and beyond to make sure there employee's get a Job and its the right fit for them . This company is a great company to work for and I just wanted to tell you guys Thank you so much....

As an HR Manager representing the employer, I have worked with several different Recruiting Agencies. Many of them don't truly listen when you describe the attributes that you are looking for in a candidate. I end up with even more resumes that are NOT what I am looking for. Jake Norcia at Ranger really listens and goes out of his way to continually ask questions to find the right fit for our company. Keep up the great work, Jake and Co!
