DO NOT give these people your clothing or money. My staff's work uniforms have come back missing buttons and with odd stains that you can feel the residue on. 4 of my own uniforms have come back with shoulder patches ripped off with no mention or acknowledgment from the business. The remaining 2 jackets with shoulder patches are nearly ripped off as well and barely hanging on anymore. When the issues with our uniforms were brought to their attention, their response to us was, "we don't care" or they played dumb and claimed that they "never saw the patches" on my jackets. Terrible company, terrible work, and terrible customer service that doesn't own up to any mistakes they make.

Wife called this morning at 7am to verify Max Cleaners offers same day service. Was told in by 9am out by 5pm. I arrived 8:45am and was told the person that operates the dry cleaner has left for a doctors appointment and the soonest I could get my wifes clothes back is tomorrow after 5pm. Now normally this would not be a problem; however, my wife leaves for a work trip tomorrow morning and now I am in the dog house. Would have been dandy if they told my wife they were leaving early when my wife called less than two hours earlier. I could have easily come earlier. Hopefully the appointment was nothing serious.

This place is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went to get his suit cleaned. He dropped it off then went to pick it up the day it was done. They LOST it! We had to wait a week until they found it. When they did they charged him double the price listed. When asked about the price difference they said oh that doesnt matter. Like what!!! Yes it does. Take it down if its not right. They should have comped the cleaning because they lost it. This place is horrible. Service: Laundry wash & fold
