My husband and I have been coming here for a year now and never had such good customer service at this location before like we did today! We had just gotten back from our trip and had brought in a lot of items and had an excellent experience at drop off and pick up ! We also had a very engaging conversation over our trip in Cancun!Kelly had our our items ready and was fast! Will be coming to this store more often!

My husband came here for the first time and dropped off brand new pants he had just bought and never worn needed for an upcoming work trip. He dropped off Thursday and they promised to have pick up by Saturday afternoon. When he went to pick up his clothes, they said they were not ready because there had been lipstick someone left in the dryer and they would be ready by Monday. Well, he leaves for his trip
Monday morning and those were all the pants he was going to take. He had to immediately go buy the same pants-5 pairs at $300. We called the place to discuss resolution. There was no resolution other than we could call back on Monday to pick up the pants. If this is not resolved we will have to take it up in small claims court. Service: Laundry pick-up
