My wife had a terrible experience with this cleaner recently. Dropped off 4 silk blouses for dry cleaning. When returned, she noticed the color was faded where it sits on the hangers on all 4 blouses. When she returned to the store to discuss, Farzana, the owner made it difficult to discuss the issue without the tag that's attached to the blouses. At that point, the discussion got heated. She had to pick up another item and paid with a credit card. The owner THREW the credit card and hit her with it! And yelled for her to get out. She went home, returned with the green tags. The owner apologized for the previous incident. She offered $200 store credit. But she had another damaged piece. Farzana accepted the damaged item to repair and agreed to discuss all the issues afterwards. It's been 1 month since the incident, after constant texting with Farzana who kept delaying the discussion. After she finally got Farzana on the phone, she refused all liability, said "she has evidence and photos", but no willing to share. We have to sue her to get the evidence. Conversation ended with a very professional "do whatever you want" and click. It went from $200 store credit to "sue me". Very unprofessional from a human being. I wouldn't recommend using these cleaners. Well, attached images is our proof.
