        Scheduled a recall service over phone (to replace the ev charger cable as per audi mail) and went to the service center today. Surprisingly the appointment was not shown in their system. But they agreed to do the service (of course I paid for 4 years service. So, you better do it). I waited for 2 hours and then I was told that unfortunately they ran out of charger cable and I have to come back again. Are you kidding me?? You should have checked that at the time of appointment or when I went to the dealership. Why it took so long for you to check if the cable is there or not. You made a faulty part and you should be paying me for trusting you instead I wasted my day driving for 1 hr + 2 hrs waiting. For the price you charge the service should be top notch but this is worst. I will not go again to this place and will not recommend to anyone.
