By far the worst experience buying a (luxury) car I have ever had. I deeply regret buying my car here because issues keep arising. First of all our salesman Mark (who turns out to be the sale manager), misspelled my name and wrote the wrong odometer reading. After pointing this out he said he would fix it. Guess what the DMV title arrived today and its wrong. Now I will need to jump through a bunch of hoops to get this fixed. When I called, of course no one cared. Second, Mark said he would send us the second key fob by mail. Guess what? No key fob were sent. After calling 10 times they still looking for it. Third, when they delivered the car is was nearly out of gaz. 15 miles left!!! Thankfully we live near a gaz station but again terrible service. Fourth, they took 3 months to deliver my license plate. I had to call them 15 times to finally issue me new paper one. Fifth, they put their stickers to promote their business on your cars and those are impossible to remove. Sixth, they removed a bunch of parts from the car according to the dealership I went for the recall. Of course no one mentionned this. There is currently nothing now to change a spare tire... All in all terrible experience I highly suggest to run from this place. Go to Carmax or a branded dealership, Autos of Dallas Plano have been a nightmare from start to finish (even if I am still not done). After spending 4X XXX you would expect decent service. DO NOT GO THERE.

I was recommend by a friend; the place was not on my list to visit. I had a great experience. Walked in without an appointment and got Trae Chaney. I was not sure what car I wanted and he worked with me over two visits to find a BMW 530i that I have been very happy with. He kept in contact and shared a number of vehicles, but there was no pressure. He was clear up front about the dealer added package. Everyone there was friendly during the trade in and closing process. Good pricing. Still waiting on plates, but it hasn't been long. I would recommend Trae and Autos of Dallas.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They will push you to buy and then when it comes to talk numbers they will send in a fast talking jabroni to overwhelm you into agreeing. Next they will give you an outrageous interest rate, I came in with credit score north of 700 and they offered me an 11% rate (LOL) and told me my credit wasnt real because I had never had a car or house payment before. Be advised.
