I had an unpleasant online experience with this company. I purchased a gown on sale for my sisters wedding next month. I received an order confirmation with an order number. One week after my order was placed, they contacted me saying the dress is not in stock and tried to sell me another dress I was not at all interested in! The management behind the inventory online is horrible! Dont get your hopes up when ordering a gown with their sale prices.

Worst experience ever, I ordered online and got a size smaller than I ordered and it even became big on me and I asked for a return, after they received the dress they denied their mistake and they said we sent you the right size and they asked me for a pre paid shipping label to send the dress back to me or they send it to a charity. Worst customer service ever. Dont buy from this store ever. If there is zero star I would put it in

This is a shady operation in which they advertise dresses they do not actually have. I ordered my daughter a prom dress, confirmed directly with them delivery date/color/size, paid for three day delivery and seven days later was told they did not have the item I ordered "in stock" and if I wanted it they needed to order directly from the manufacturer and the price would be DOUBLE what they initially had me pay. To date they have never credited my money, never sent a dress and every time I call the store I get hung up on by a NASTY girl named Julia. Buyer beware. This is false misleading advertising with criminal type activists to steal your money and mislead you into purchasing something they do not have.

My sister is getting married in September and what an experience we had in choosing her dress. The entire staff is attentive and professional. I love that she has a couture bridal gown to wow her guest, but more importantly her guest. We have been pleased with the service thus far and have nothing but great expectations for her final details to come to fruition. Our family can't thank you enough. We highly recommend Mia Bella Couture.
