        I've been to this branch because they were charging hidden monthly fees, couldn't get the issue fixed Instead they recommended calling customer care like bruh!

        Absolute waste of time. Worst Chase branch Ive ever been to. Do not waste your energy and time to drive to this location just to experience poor quality customer service.

        Hands down the worst branch of Dallas. If their ATM isn't working like usual then you can walk back to your car because they'd rather install car chargers than a vehicle accessible ATM that works properly. Wells Fargo across the street is much nicer, cleaner and seems to maintain their ATMs. Might be time for a bank change
