Horizon at Premier

Theres a 3 month old review on here from someone named Kathryn. I totally agree with that review...Im experiencing the exact same issue. The property is great, but the moving in process has been by far the worst experience ive ever had. This is due to the poor leadership and limited staff. To make things worse, the property manager has horrible communication and clearly has no care for new tenants. Its one thing when you have to deal with a bad attitude and poor quality of service, its another thing when you cant even expect anything to get done (maintenance requests). By the way, Im talking about requests that are based on day ONE (from move in). If you dont have a finished product, dont put it out for business.

Management is allowing undocumented migrants to live in the community there are new families coming in every couple weeks. These people are from other countries, dont speak English, will stay up all night walking around in front of your apartment until 5 AM. I pay way too much money to be dealing with this.

The move-in process was ROUGH, not bc moving-in is hard, but because our experience with the leasing agent has been ROUGH. Our unit was not ready, even though I had been in touch with them almost everyday the week before we moved in. We also haven't been given a gate yet, and it's been over a month, so that sucks! We love the space and location, just needs better people working the front.
