The manager goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Maintenance promptly takes care of any service requests. I love the recent upgrades to the community!

Management is awesome the apts are nice and maintenance is on point. Been a tenant almost a year very happy. Easily best Apts in Plano and if lived in many !!!

This place deserves a better rating because all the bad ones are really old. We just signed on to a 3rd lease here and are very happy. Julie has made signing a lease easy every time, even when we were moving from out of town the first time. Weve had occasional issues with water pressure or billing or door jams and most everything gets fixed within the day or week that it happens. Maintenance is always quick and kind. Julie and Anna are occasionally hard to get ahold of but an email or multiple calls at different times usually does the trick.
Only downside is that the walls are very thin. We lived on the 1st floor for our first year and moved to the 2nd because we had multiple families with 2-3 kids above us and the kids running was very loud and at all hours. Were on the 2nd floor now and can still hear below us because theres a couple that screams and fights pretty consistently. Not the complexs fault but I will say the walls are thin.
We also just got through our 2nd freeze with water/heat/electricity the whole time! That was a big factor after the 2021 freeze and we are happy and warm here!
