Ultimately relocated for work but def wouldve stayed if not for that. Location is perfect with restaurants, malls etc within walking distance. Good school district and the property itself is amazing with renovated apartments. The stainless steel appliances, granite and wood flooring throughout was a huge upgrade. Also recently upgraded the leasing office and gym. Amazing staff led by manager Lauren who was always helpful. The maintenance crew was very fast and always responded within a day or two at most. I would recommend to family friends and anyone interested in the West Plano area.

I was living there for many years and then ask all of sudden to vacate reason being it is going to be renovated and they have not given any options to shift .. Which you can imagine.. It was between school and my daughter had to complete session.. Ok due to school destrict i decided to take other unit where they have shown so much of color that i should not be able to take apartment .. But some how i took apartment which is almost 60% increase in rent.. Ok due to some unavoidable reason i had to terminate lease .. In that also management have shown lot of attitude .. Yes one thing they have given upgraded apartment which had small walking closet and lot of roaches.. Only you can see new appliances who cares.. Ok when i have vacated this place i lived 8 months but after that they have given me $1000 charge for cleanliness , some mirror was not clean and handle of microwave broke due to manufacturing defect .. I have all pics when this was vacated and it was quite livable state.. Microwave is not fallen or broke.. Complaint already but charged $350 for whole .. I could have done super glue but no that is not my ethics.. Sorry but Big NO this this apartment ..

Their exceptional customer support made our transition into our new home effortless. They were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns promptly and efficiently. Their professionalism and genuine care for their residents truly set them apart. Overall, our experience with Emily & team has been nothing sort of exceptional. Awful awful experience here. Non responsive employees, on top of a non transparent application process - Never had a place take over a week that do their jobs. On top of that, they use RealPage who is known for unethical business practices and have been sued for manipulating the rental market - I bet this complex and many others are part of the scheme. Found something way nicer and secured a place in less than 24 hours after dealing with them. Specially, Jake was easily the least helpful and had the most I dont care attitude.anytime you ask him anything he just came back from lunch and has no idea.
