image Housing discrimination at its finest they denied a friend of mine 7 days Before she was to move in a single mom of 3 with no explanation to why please do not move here they are racist and will take your MONEY this complex needs to be under Investigation and new management they are RACIST and do not deserve to keep treating people like they do and get away with it Do not I repeat Do not rent from these people they are not trustworthy and will take your MONEY and Laugh and send you packing somewhere else.

image Yesterday was the last day in Livingstone. I have just returned the keys. Usually I do not write reviews if I am satisfied but this time I should write a review to appreciate their service. I think it is the perfect time to write review. For the past one year livingstone was my home. The property manager, maintenance team everyone was like family. Specially Jasmine Muniz, I can not thank her enough. She tried her best to give best service. The parent company Grandpeaks got the best team for this complex.
I like the building lay out, floor plan and lot of space in the apartment complex. It is one of the best apartment complex if you have children. If I ever come back, I will definitely rent again.

image I regret to recount a deeply disappointing experience I recently had with the apartment management team. Our decision to consider moving to their property was primarily driven by its proximity to our business. With just one month remaining on our old apartment lease, we embarked on an intensive search for a new place.
Upon submitting our application, we found ourselves inundated with constant requests from the office to provide additional paperwork. Despite our busy schedules, we diligently complied with each request, ensuring that all necessary documents were promptly provided. However, after enduring three weeks of this arduous process, our application was unexpectedly cancelled.
The individual assigned to assist us, Jasmine, unfortunately displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. This marked the first time I have encountered such unprofessional behavior in my entire experience with apartment management. Moreover, to add to our dismay, Jasmine refused to refund the deposit we had submitted.
It is disheartening to reflect on the fact that the other lady we initially met, who had shown promise in providing a more positive experience, became unreachable once our troubles escalated.
In light of this unfortunate experience, I am left feeling immensely dissatisfied and frustrated. Moving forward, I strongly urge prospective residents to carefully consider their options, seeking out apartment management that prioritizes professionalism, effective communication, and a commitment to meeting the needs of their tenants.
