A very nice place to stay . Good apartments and maintenance are quick . Really appreciate the quick resolution of the issues .

Disaster is an understatement, one of the managers names Rachelle is a racist. Shes belittling, undermining, unprofessional and does not mind showing her true self. Im devastated that my husband and I already signed a lease with this property. I do believe in fairness and have reached out to Kim Stockweather whom Im told is the regional manager, Ive provided detailed information to her in hopes for a resolution. With that said, I will not indulge on the matter just yet but will wait for a response to provide a more precise and authentic review. Update no resolution at all, no bother or concern to dig deeper into the issue at hand. Racism is very well still alive and its truly a shame. Im 4 1/2 months pregnant, its disheartening to think Im raising another child into such cruel world. Theres no hope in humanity any more, if its not something that directly affects or impacts them its not a concern. Update: This community is a joke, the price of these townhomes are ridiculous for the quality. One side of the townhome is cold while the other is hot, you cant plug in too many things or else youll be powerless and have to reset everything smdh. Look at the trash bins of the community absolutely disgusting.
