No Veteran should be evicted or homeless in a country they defended. Specifically, when this management, sent W-9 and ledger to Veterans assistance program for April rent payment before April rent was due. Management displayed a wreckless disregard for the Texas Supreme Court Emergency Order eviction diversion program that prohibits evictions when the landlord participates by sending information to Veterans rental assistance program for rental payment. Management efforts to short cut Veterans rights is unacceptable. The Department of Veteran Affairs was made aware of this. Gabriel Trinidad said that all Veterans are "BUMS". I'm a Honorably Discharged United States Disabled Vietnam Army Veteran. Trinidad said that I'm a Veteran and a "BUM". He threatened to do physical harm to this Veteran if I come back to retrieve my mail. . Because I ask for a spare soft drink, he got in my face, as if he was going to hit this 73 year old disabled veteran. He said he would kill me because I'm a Bum, and veteran, and asked me not to return to the property for my mail. I haven't been back since. As I was leaving the property, he made statements to me in Spanish I didn't understand. Trinidad is arrogant and dangerous to tenants and veterans. He should not be property manager.

Orchard Market Plaza I would like to share about my life here over the past 15 months. My wife and I lived actively this community, met many good neighbors and had a great time. When our contract expired, we moved out. Its three days ago. On the day we moved out, we did a final inspection with Gabriel, the building manager and Trina, the building staff. At that time, Gabriel said the cleaning was good, but the carpets in both bedrooms had to be steam-vacuumed, the shower floor and glass door had to be professionally cleaned. Therefore, he had to charge us a fine. He said that is stated in the contract. But when we reviewed the contract in his office, what he said was false. The contract said adequately cleaned. There was no steam vacuum or professional cleaning anywhere in the contract, and his interpretation was that the next tenant should be able to move in tomorrow. I believe that's his responsibility. The tenant cleans with the vacuum cleaner what we have at home and the shower room with household detergent. Again, the professional cleaning for a next tenant is his responsibility. But he wants to paid through the tenant's deposit. We heard many other people had same experience with him. Our case, he said he changed us $100, but other people were charged more, we heard. It is not the money, but the principle. Another experience during staying, the fire alarm went off about four times, three times was in the middle of the night, and luckily they were all false, but no resident knew at that time. But as a building manager, he did not apology in the meeting when we had. Another experience, last winter, a unit on the first floor where people lived alone was flooded, and five of her neighbors went to pushed out the water and move everything except bed and couch to the garage, but Gabriel wasn't there. The next day, he said he would buy dinner for the five people who helped and they all went to the restaurant where he wanted us to go, but it was a lie. He said he treat us to dinner again, but its laying again. No apologize, not even mentioning it. He is a liar and arrogant. He should not be the building manager. We wouldnt live there again. There are a lot of good places in Plano...

I use a walker and occasionally a wheelchair. Due to features like walk in showers, front loading washer and dryers, and wide doorways, I'm able to have a level of independence here that I don't have at other apartments.
