First and foremost, I had no issues with my therapists. I do however, have all kinds of issues with their practices. How is it possible for a counseling provider to cause more anxiety than the one you are being treated for? These folks changed billing systems and failed to notify my insurance. I was told several times that nothing changed other than their billing system. That was a lie. After months of dealing with them and my insurance, they finally said they were no longer in network and that I needed to pay out of pocket for my sessions. Thats about $1700 they I am out of. Ive sent numerous emails and called the billing lady Barbara just to be ignored now. No one is doing anything and I am out of my money. I do not recommend their services. I was eventually contacted by someone new in their billing department, and told me he was looking into my matter. After a couple of months, he said that I had not met my deductible needed to pay out of pocked until I did. I was livid because there are sessions that were covered by the insurance. The issue started when they started submitting claims with a different coding. This was never resolved and I am out of my money. Anxious as ever. Do not recommend. They are here to take your money.

It's been 3 weeks trying to get my meds with y'all yesterday I almost died and you cancel my appointment with no reason I will be doing the worse review and I'm going to the ER for meds y'all are the worse company ever

I'm so fortunate to have found Matthew Harmon at Thriveworks. During our first meeting, I felt comfortable, cared about, and respected. I really liked his approach to helping me understand what I was feeling, and what I could do about it. I was able to end treatment after six months because I now have the tools I need to manage my life in a more healthy way. I would recommend Matthew to anyone who needs the encouragement and the tools to change their thinking and feel more free.
