Dr. Jenkins has been an invaluable support to me off and on for several years. She has helped me make positive changes in my attitudes, outlook and relationships. She has guided me with thought-provoking questions, helpful resources and effective suggestions. I whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone who needs some gentle, wise and unbiased support.

I've been seeing Dr. Liz for more than two and a half years, she is amazing to work with; she's relatable and understanding, but also a great mirror to learn more about yourself through.

Ms. Jenkins was of no help and she ended up turning me down due to her own mistakes. I filled out the form on her website to be contacted and I tried to be nice by providing as much info as possible. I explained that I was new, told her what topics I would like to focus on, and even told her what insurance I have and asked her if she accepted that insurance. When she replied (days later) she asked what insurance I had..... This implies she did not pay attention when she read my form. That already made her seem unprofessional considering part of her job is to be a good listener/communicator. So, I replied and repeated what kind of insurance I had as previously mentioned. 2-3 days later she finally responded back saying she is currently not taking any new people..... If that was true, then why didn't she say that the first time she responded? Because it simply isn't true. She clearly used it as an excuse to refuse services to me. I was really disappointed and felt shot down because based off her website I thought it could be a really good match for me. Ultimately though, I am glad she turned me down because I don't feel that she meets my basic standards after this experience.
