I simply stopped to have the air in my tires checked while on this side of town. The gentleman was so kind and just eluded great energy. It was around 4p and his energy was so contagious that it stayed with me for the rest of the day.Thank you for the great experience!

5-star service by Kevin on 04/02. Came in for a nail in my tire but after measuring decided to have them changed. He suggested some tires that were more affordable than the ones I have had in the past, and better quality. I told him I had to leave by a certain time for my kid birthday, and he and his team made sure the job was completed on time. Thanks Kevin for the great service!

I have been a Discount Tire since I got my first car - my dad told me to only do business with them. I listened, and today I was reminded why I have stuck with them for so long. I went in to the Pearland location on Broadway to get my tires balanced and rotated when Chad noticed that one tire was different from the others. He initially thought I had only bought 3 tires from them, but I told him that I was sure I bought a full set. I was ready to write it off and move on because it really wasn't a big deal to me, but Chad checked the computer and discovered that I did, in fact, purchase 4 new tires and that the store made a mistake and gave me one tire that was different from the rest. They ended up giving me a brand new tire at no charge! They then found a nail in another tire and patched it up. I was out of there in less than an hour (8:00am - 8:50am). After I got home, I noticed that the pressure of the new tire dropped to 17 PSI - weird! So I drove back up to the store a few hours later and Jaden proceeded to air up the tire. I told him that I had just gotten that tire a couple of hours ago. Jaden found Chad and they both checked out the tire - tested the valve, took off the tire and dunked it, and did whatever else they needed to do to find out what was wrong with the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire (freak incident) and I was on about my day in about ten minutes. I just want to say 'thank you' for the excellent service, professionalism, and friendliness. I am a Discount customer for life!
