Nelly was really nice and helped me get set up to fix a patch in my tire and did a great job! It wasnt a busy day so the technicians got out my car really quick.

Awesome people. After a very bad experience up the road at Walmart where after 4 days my tires were still not installed it was suck a refilled to have suck nice and friendly people that were able to get my tires installed quickly and easily. Worth the extra few dollars.

Great service and friendly and matter of fact customer service. They always do a great job on my vehicles. They a very knowledgeable about what they sale and if they see something they will show you. I also recommend the road hazard package. Pay for its self when you live in the city.

First of all, I have been going to this NTB Location for over 15 years...but never again! I came in at 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon because I had a staple in my tire. One that I had purchased from the same NTB location with a Road Hazard Warranty about 4 months before. I was told that they could not help me because they were waiting on an appointment that had not showed. By now it was 4:15...and no one had showed. I left and came back about 10 minutes later and there still was no customer that had showed. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING...ONLY THE MECHANIC AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT COUNTER! I was still told that they would have to re-schedule me if the other customer showed. I have never, ever been treated this way. I was standing right in front of the man and he didn't want to help me because he was waiting on someone that obviously was not going to show. If I treated my clients in my business this way, I would be out-of-business!!! He was willing to lose business for someone that wasn't there...UNBELIEVABLE!!!! When someone comes into your establishment to do business...YOU HELP THEM! I have never been so angry in my life!!!! Customer Service in this country, at least at this NTB IS TERRIBLE!!! I would be more than happy to discuss this with the Manager, as well as Corporate, but something tells me I won't hear from anyone to address this! Good luck NTB, I will NEVER COME BACK!!!
