Mike was friendly and professional. He checked our circuit boxes and our a/c to make sure the noises we were hearing were not a problem. He confirmed that our system is in good shape and educated us in what to keep alert for and how to respond in a timely manner.

I was told, FRANK IS THE MAN! and I was not disappointed. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and super helpful. Just plain REALLY good at his job. He gave me a number of different estimates depending on how in-depth I wanted the project to be. He knew exactly what he was looking for and was in and out in record time. From setting up the appointment to repair, they were incredibly professional.I scheduled the appointment online and minutes later, they called to confirm. The morning of the appointment, I got a text with the name and picture of the electrician who was coming, which Id never experienced before, but really appreciated. When Alex arrived, he listened to my concerns, then very thoroughly explained what he needed to do to pinpoint the issue. Once he found it, he explained what was going on, my options and the costs. There was no pressure to select the most expensive option. He tackled the repair quickly and left my home in tip top shape. Id highly recommend Horton Electrical .

I couldn't be happier with the level of service that I've gotten from Horton Electrical Service. I've used them twice, once for a partial power outage and the second time to do some minor troubleshooting and electrical repair in my kitchen. Both times the electrician who was dispatched was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. I am very pleased with the work they've done for me and plan on contacting them in the future for any electrical work I need done.
